This Privacy Policy explains how Aurelia (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal data when you use the Aurelia mobile/web apps and the Aurelia ChatGPT plugin (MCP). Account data: email, name (if provided), password hash or Google/Apple Sign-In identifiers, and Auth0 subject ID when you connect via ChatGPT OAuth. Usage data: learning/paper portfolio holdings, watchlist, AI chat/brief history tied to your account. Technical data: push notification token (if enabled), device type, OS version, and basic server logs (IP, timestamps, request path) for security and reliability. Purposes of use / Навіщо ми це робимо
We use personal data to authenticate you, sync your learning portfolio and watchlist, personalize market briefs/notifications, operate the ChatGPT plugin tools you authorize, secure the service, and improve reliability. ChatGPT plugin / MCP
When you connect Aurelia inside ChatGPT, OpenAI’s ChatGPT client performs OAuth with our identity provider (Auth0). After you authorize, Aurelia’s MCP server may return your account-scoped portfolio/watchlist and public market data you request via tools. ChatGPT processes those tool results in the chat session according to OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT settings. / Підключаючи Aurelia в ChatGPT, ви проходите OAuth (Auth0). Після дозволу MCP може повертати ваш портфель/watchlist і публічні ринкові дані. We may share limited data with processors that help run Aurelia: cloud hosting, Auth0 (authentication), Google/Apple (sign-in if used), market-data providers (public ticker data, not your identity), AI inference providers for briefs/chat, email/push vendors, and OpenAI when you use the ChatGPT plugin. Retention timelines / Зберігання
Account, portfolio, watchlist, and AI history are kept while your account is active. After an account-deletion request we delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep longer for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (typically up to 12 months for security logs). Push tokens are removed when you disable notifications or delete the account. / Дані акаунта зберігаються, поки акаунт активний. Your controls / Ваші права
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and related data by emailing glamy.support@gmail.com from your account email.
